Week 1 Session 2

Did the feel for the water come back? Probably not, it takes a while. Second session back is again pretty easy and only 2k. We will stick with 2k for the first few weeks until we build a bit of a base. At this session try and concentrate on good technique - the right breathing pattern, streamlining off the wall, high elbows, steady kick, head still. Level of difficulty 3/10.

200 cool down alternate back/free
