In the 25m pool tonight for another 2k session. Probably a bit optimistic on the 8 x 50s threshold on 45. Made it but had to work above threshold. For this set, you want to swim at about 70% (a pace you can hold over a long distance without slowing down) to give yourself about 5 seconds rest after each 50m. Here is the session!
