Thought it would all be getting a bit easier by now....Today is long light endurance. Personally I like these types of sessions. The surf swimming at the end was more challenging than I remember. Level of difficulty 7/10.
5 x 400 * (pull/paddles/pull/paddles/pull)
8 x 50 on 60 (break into 1/3s swim/look for buoy/surf)
100 cool down
