Tonights session was at Bold Park, what a beautiful pool that one is. Here is the program. Level of difficulty 3/10 and still at 2km.
900m swim/kick/pull in 100s
400m free build each 100m to threshold last 100m (my time 5.58s - did not feel good)
200 free last 50m threshold
100 free threshold* (my time 1.19s)
100 cool down
I am telling myself it will get easier....just stay consistent and concentrate on technique.
