Week 3 Session 2
Probably should not have had the wine last night! Here is an easy 2k session again low level of difficulty probably a 2/10. This session I did at HBF Stadium but the pool was split to 25m.
12 x 50m switchbacks on 55 (fly/back - back/breast - breast/free - free/fly and repeat x 3)
400 medley skills (100 skills in each stroke - single arm fly/1-2-1 fly/sinle arm back/double arm back/double kick breast/long glide breast/single arm free/rolling free)
400 free breathing every 5 (I only made about 200m breathing x 5 and dropped to breathing x 3)
100 race pace free = 90% effort (1.13s)
