The old stomping ground Beatty Park again. Beautiful day. An easy session to start the week. 2km and level of difficulty 3/10 - though I found the 400 kick suprisingly challenging.

400 paddles
400 kick
You can add a 100 cool down, but I like to keep my sets even (thanks OCD) so stopped at 2k.
