Week 5 Session 2

With the sessions jumping up to 3k from 2k the threshold main sets have also increased to about 800m a session now. Training only 3 times a week almost every session will have threshold, occasionally we will throw in a bit of race pace** (90%) to try test the body at a higher level of intensity. Level of difficulty 5/10 (almost a 6).
