The great reality check session, felt ordinary from the dive in, and it did not improve. Could not hold the 5 x 200s threshold on the time I wanted to hold, which shows that 5 weeks cannot get you fit, maybe another 5 weeks and I can give the set another go to see if I can swim it better.

5 x 200 * threshold on 3.00 (held 2.45, 2.47, 2.47, 2.49, 2.51 - target was 2.45 - fatigued at #3)
