Week 7 Session 1

Updated: Jun 4, 2019

Training today with my 13 year old son for the first 2k, so the program is adjusted a little to suit. Felt good in the water, 400 Time Trial has improved 45 seconds in 6 weeks, that is a lot more improvement than I would have guessed, so it is good to see that the programs are really working well. Level of difficulty 5/10.
